I just recently started packing and while it makes me feel less dysphoric, I feel like it looks like a constantly have a boner. I bought a legit silicone packer in hopes that it'd be a more realistic look, but I didn't expect this big of a bulge. Any suggestions as to how to make it less...."out there"? Also, any advice on STPs? I haven't had any issues just using the stall in the men's room, but I'd like to get an opinion on them.

Zak: That’s a common issue with packers, honestly. Many of them are significantly larger than the average flaccid penis, for starters, but part of the problem is how many people wear their packers. Often it takes some work and shifting around to figure out how to best wear your packer (should you point it up, lay it along your leg, wear it higher, wear it lower, or what? that depends on what you think looks best). Experiment with harnesses and what underwear you wear with your packer as well. Briefs or boxer briefs, for instance, are more likely to hold your packer close to your body (if you wear them over your packer) and can make your bulge smaller and less prominent.

As for STPs, virtually all the advice I could think of on that topic is contained in this article. I personally don’t use an STP anymore because I found it a little bit of a hassle to deal with. I just use stalls in men’s rooms, although I sometimes run into issues where all the stalls are taken or that there aren’t any stalls at all. I usually just try to find another bathroom in that situation and things have worked out fine for me so far. They can be really great for some people, though, so it might be worth trying if you’re curious.

I'm a fairly pale white guy and looking into getting a packer. I'm leaning towards getting a caramel colored one rather than vanilla because I've noticed that cis penises are darker than the rest of the body. In your guys's opinion, though, which skin tone would be more realistic for a packer? Thanks.

Zak: Most cheaper/affordable packers (like the Mr. Limpy, Sailor Softpack, Masho, and even Mr. Right packer) are not going to be very realistic in their coloring, pretty much regardless of whether or not you get vanilla or caramel. You can, however, easily recolor your packer to make it look more realistic.

Tips on the most comfortable way to pack/most comfortable products, for someone who has always found it uncomfortable? Something that doesnt rub against your crotch making you itch, or feel uncomfortable on your waist, but stays in place?
Anonymous asked

Zak: This totally depends on the person and their definition of comfortable. I know people who are most comfortable wearing a packing harness under their boxers or over their underwear and others who find packing underwear to be incredibly comfortable. Packing underwear is great because it doesn’t add an extra step to your routine, you know your packer will stay in place, and it usually keeps the packer away from your body (depending on the underwear). I’ve tried both methods and prefer packing underwear. I’m particularly fond of tranzwear and like the snuggler underwear best. Personally I really find it convenient and comfortable to just pack with a sock, but that’s just me.

How do you travel while packing? Some airports do a body scan? And putting your packer in carry on will get scanned too..
Anonymous asked

Zak: Some airports do body scans, but you can always opt out of them (I’ve done this myself a few times). It’s usually faster and easier to just go through the body scan, but if you opt out than a TSA agent will do a simple pat-down instead. They’ll assign you an agent who is the same gender as you, which means that who they give you will depend on the gender they read you as. They avoid your crotch area, so you don’t have to worry about any awkwardness of having a bulge there, particularly if you are being read as male. If you keep it in your luggage, they might not mention anything. If they do, it might be embarrassing but you certainly shouldn’t get in any trouble. Keep in mind that the TSA has seen pretty much everything at this point.

hey there. i have a question about stp-packers...i don't exactly know how to pack with it. because of the tube and the stp device itself at the back end of the packer, it causes it to stick out oddly, and i don't really know how other guys do this. i bought a fenis to see if that would work better for me, but it looks really odd tucked into my pocket.

Zak: This is actually why I got rid of my Fenis, because I wasn’t able to figure out a good way to actually carry it around and use it in public bathrooms (which was kind of the whole reason I bought it). Maybe I’m just bad at this, but I haven’t been able to figure out STPs at all, let alone STP packers. Anyone else know a good way to deal with these?

Is it possible to have intercourse using a stp packer?
Anonymous asked

Zak: That depends on the packer. There are a few “3-in-1” packers on the market, such as the peecock, that act as sexual prosthetics, packers, and STPs. However, if you’re talking just about a packer that you’ve converted into an STP, I’d be concerned about the tubing hurting your partner or breaking your packer and I’d strongly discourage against using it for sex.

Soon i will be going to get my first piece. my dick. my partner is very down, very supportive, but when we talk about going to pick it out, hir says ours. our toy. I understand hir point of view, new toy for the both of us.. im down for this too... i want my piece though.. not a toy. not something that will occasionally get taken out of the dresser and used. i want to pack, i want my piece, my dick. how do i talk to hir about this....

Zak: I think the thing to do would be to explain to your partner that you want a packer. You want something just for you, in order to make yourself feel better, and that it belongs to you just like a person’s genitals belong to them and are not a toy that is joint-owned with their partner. Let them know what you’re also down to buy something to be used for sex, but clarify with them whether or not you view that as a toy as well (some people view something that they use as sex as a sex toy, others view it as a prosthetic or as an extension of themselves). If they still don’t seem to understand what you’re trying to say, you might want to explain what you’re looking for in a piece. Through that, they might see that it isn’t the same sort of thing that they’d necessarily be interested in and that it’s something that you need to pick out on your own or with limited input.

I'm looking for a soft packer that won't tear easy and will last me more than just a few weeks, also that's no larger than 4". Any ideas?
Anonymous asked

Zak: Mr. Limpy xs tears pretty easily, but it should last you more than just a few weeks. The Masho packer is made of a similar material and is of a similar size and price, but it’s at an angle that makes it less likely to tear in a harness. Your best bet if you are looking for something small and durable, though, is the Pack-Man. It isn’t really soft, but it’s pretty small (3” or so) and definitely sturdy. At $40.00 it’s a little more expensive, but it’s definitely cheaper than a high-end silicone packer like one by lolajake
