any tips on what someone can do after their clitoris starts to grow a lot and tends to rub on their underwear all day long... it hurts so much but i don't know what i should do, and at my workplace, i am walking and bending down all day and it is actually very very painful when my underwear rubs against it.

You might find that it is because your underwear is too tight or too loose, so changing to a different type of underwear (from boxers to briefs or vice versa) can help. Other than that, your clitoris will eventually get used to this stimulation and stop bothering you as much.
