Art of Transliness

Answer
I have read that you shouldn't exercise while binding because it constricts breathing, but what about wearing a really stretched out (sports-bra-like fitting) binder?
Anonymous asked

Zak: That should be fine, the main issue is making sure you are able to breathe easily during your workout. If you can inhale and exhale deeply and comfortably, and your binder isn’t overly constricting your chest and stomach, you should be okay.
